BMW seem to have some truly awsome diesel technology and I'm glad you find your X6 so good.

Have to agree mate, in terms of diesels BMW have it totally covered, especially the 35ds, that is a brilliant engine - however, their petrol engines are even better though..........the 35i is fantastic :D

Funny thing BMW have the highest rateing for technology in cars, I thought Lexus would be up there but there are not in the top 10.

Japs never really innovate, they take existing ideas and perfect them, that's what they've always done. Except for hybrid tech, I can't think of anything they've really done first..........Europe and the US have always LED the way in terms of innovation, and in cars the Germans seem to have really taken the torch. Only problem is reliability when it comes to electronics, for some reason no one can build a circuit like the Japs.
