well, i read through the t's and c's and it doesnt say anywhere about pricing errors.. guess it depends on if they 'have them in stock'..

Most websites put something like "E &OE", "Errors and Omissions Excepted", giving them a get-out if they make a pricing error. Can't see anything like that on there though, so not sure whether that means they're legally obliged to sell at that price.

from what i recall, no trader is legally obliged to sell any item to any customer. if there's a mistake in the pricing they have every right to refuse sale.

But once you have taken the money you and the supplier have entered into a contract of sale (sales of goods act). Argos had the same issue a few years back with a TV wrongly advertised and they honoured the sales loosing £'s on every item.
