There's a hard wire hack you can do to make it possible, have a search on here as I'm sure it's been covered before.........

'Interestingly', Lexus dealers in The Netherlands offer you a dealer option to have a small switch fitted under the dash to fool the DVD/sat-nav system in to thinking it's stationary so that you can access all phone functions while on the move; the obvious by-product of this is that it enables DVD viewing and access to all normally greyed out functions whilst on the move.....
