You dont need a T piece for the oil breather just buy a button filter- the button filter i brought was £3.29 and the bracket to hold it in place you can use a hose clamp and metal tie which would cost less than a £1 :) so a bargain compared :) And the one i made was a lot less hassle fitting any covers due to its routing and the 63mm 90 degree pipe actually fits the throttle body :)

I cant find this button filter, can anyone direct me to where i would find one or have anymore info on it?

or i might add the pipe to the induction, could someone tell me what size that pipe is (diameter of the hole please) - im thinking if i can find the right sized pipe and use THIS in right size

-Thanks

thanks mate your a star, wile i got you here how would i fit the pipework down like would i need to use some sort of brackets to hold it down to the car so it dose not rattle about?

i'd use these with a hose clamp, bend them to shape and bolt using one or two of the original holes on top of the engine or radiator CLICK ME!!!

Most universal filters come with adaptor rings for 60mm 63.5mm and 70mm iirc like this one CLICK ME! :)

are these filters as good as any of the branded filters like K7N or apexi? I was looking for a branded make but if it dosent make much difference i will just buy that one.

-Thanks

Was just looking at the prolex induction kits you guys have fitted, :whistling:

And if you brought one of these CLICKY And one of these CLICKY And 2 of these CLICKY From B&Q which are £10.99 each for a 60mm ID AND 750MM Lengh, all you'll need then is a slip on filter and 5 hose clamps? and you basicly have the same induction kit for around £50 plus the cost of the filter which you can buy quite cheap depending on the one you buy? :) saves a few £'s for little work and should run the same route as the prolex one? :)

funny you should come out with that, as i think i was the 1st one to make the kit and dave got all the size,s of my kit and just turned it around, where as my kit i made went over the engine to drivers side and down, :winky: and you are right the cost was only about £30 to £40 and i used all good items for my kit "ie" intercooler tube, and samco hose's, i did not go to BQ lol
