Where are you starting from?

You should be fine at that time of the morning on the M3 and M25 unless there are any unforseen issues like Stevie says. The M3 gets chocka between Fleet (j4a) and Ligh****er (j3) from about 7am til 9am'ish. After that is is generally no problem. The Winchester area on the M3 can be bad, but normally ok at that time.

Don't know the M3 that well, but the M25 is usually fine outside peak hours unless as Stevie said there's some kind of incident.

If you have internet access on your phone though, it's always a good idea to check the traffic reports just before you get on as you don't want to get stuck in a jam on the M25.........

Funny that you can't quote the name of the village of Ligh****er  , that's "Light" and "water", because of some letters that run together !

I live between junctions 3 and 4 of the M3, and often pass over the jams below. It can be very very busy in the rush hour, but by 10am, barring incidents it should be absolutely fine.
