Its Clutch Time

Afternoon all

Just been calling around getting prices for a new clutch for my IS200

Prices have been given are

Lexus Dealer £250 + Vat

Local car supplier

Blueprint £214 + vat

Quinton Hazell £152.20 + Vat + £15 for lifetime parts and labour warranty.

the Quinton Hazell one sounds good but have any one used there parts and are they any good and what is the warranty like ????

Yeah lifetime on a clutch won't be your lifetime nor the life of your car. At the least the warranty will be non transferrable under the assumption that you will no longer have the car by the time it fails.

There are Exedy clutches on eBay for roughly £150, these are OEM replacement so as good as if not better than the Lexus/Blueprint one IIRC.
