hi there, my cousin owns a is220d and has the mark levinson system, recently the sub has blown has anyone changed the sub for an aftermarket one before? is it possible? we have taken the original out and actually find that an 8insh sub should fit. thanks

My sub-woofer blown once, Lexus Leicester replaced it under warranty no questions ask.

Its actually blown again, so I'll be getting in contact with them soon as my car still under 3years/60k.

If yours is still under warranty, ask your dealer.

My sub also blew once and it was replaced by under warranty. They do seem to be a bit delicate!

I know it is a bit late in the day now but there is a sub woofer on eBay at the moment
