Boot Button

Recommended Posts

Just pops up a small but,

you can try talcing the seals if you want it to pop up fully, or try a new spring.

Or alternatively fit a strut to it to open.

theres various topics. (search "boot lid viagra")

O, understood, could try a heavy spoiler...

or some other weight on the inside of the bootlid for example, unless its easy to change springs/struts as previously mentioned?

mine seems to not open at all (but you can still open it with your hand ie not locked) the first time i pop it. Then if i pop it again later it opens about quarter way. I think Stavs Talc hint might help though.

Mine just pops up slightly which I prefer as I think if it flies up too fast it can't do the springs or boot lid much good.

I had to take the spoiler of to repaint and then the thing flew right open but it was too fast in my opinion.
