Rear Speakers Only?

Recommended Posts

Hi guy's,

Just got my head unit back from being re-furbed, new lcd display and to fix a fault - did not power up. Anyway, so I gets it out, plugs it in, bolts it in, and finally enter the security code - at that moment in time, very happy and in a good mood.........

Entered the code ........ ONLY TO FIND THAT ONLY THE REAR SPEAKERS PRODUCE ANY SOUND!

Tried the fader, to no avail.

Before I get on the phone and start moaning, anyone with any experience before with this or any suggestions for me to try over the weekend???? Obviously I will remove it again and plug the plugs in once more....

Cheers guy's

Phil

Now sorted.

There was two sets of cables (purple white black - if I recall correctly) with a load of connectors within them. These were tucked away to the left of the cavity where the head unit fits. There were two black connectors, one male and one female. Plugged one into the other and hey presto, sound from the front speakers.
