iv just bought a jl 1000/1 amp, but will the standard alt be able to send enough power to the batt and amp? or will the OEM alt just fail?

i will be running one jl w7 12"

will i need the big 3 upgrade

will i encounter any problems? i hope i dont need a new batt or alt

new Battery and unless you get a big one then you will have problems.

also need some good O gauge, big 3 and a voltmeter..

As Redz says above, bigger/better Battery, big 3, 0 gauge should do the trick, oh and probably

a shedload of Dynamat

I have a box suitable that used to run my 12W7 going dead cheap if you haven't got one already.

I just need the space.
