This Year Has Not Been Too Good

well as some of you know i got married on the 08/08/08 about three months before we got some bad news my grandad had asbestosis(he worked with white asbestos when he was younger).

my sister got married on the 07/06/08 pup wasn't feeling too good on the day but managed as best he could, things started to get better he got his lungs drained and on my wedding day he loooked a lot better he even started to put weight back on.pupa and dad dancing about at night with my gran and my mum things were amazin and people are still talking about my wedding 8 months on.

went to norton house for our wedding night.........................830am get a phone call that i couldnt make much sence from but it was my gran so i thought the worst thought my pupa had passed away got my stuff together and nothing could prepair me for getting to my mums..................it was my dad that had passed away!!!!!!!!!

as i'm the oldest i play'd my part phoned all who needed and told who needed to be told..

just came to terms with my dad.......my pupa starts on the down hill road in and out of hospital till the hospital could do no more.

he got sent home a month ago so i've been goin down after my work and whenever i could.

got back from the gym on thurs to a phone call from a very upset mum telling me my pupa had passed away got in the lex shot down to my grans to say my good byes.

while i was in his room saying my good bye's my mum came in and told me when he was diagnosed terminally ill the first thing he said was i'm not going before i see ashleys(my sister) and marcs(me)wedding.well he made that and some more.

now i've got a other funeral to look forward too and have to be strong as i'm the oldest

im just glad he seen me to this point because to be honest when i was younger i was a proper trouble maker and people thought i'd be a nobody.......... all i'm goin to say look at me now all married(to a traffic cop) and sensable.

oh well rant over and feel a bit better. :)

i echo the comments above matey - really sorry for your losses and i hope time heals things soon for you mate.

might sound daft fella but if writing your emotions on the forum helps you ease the pain associated with ur losses then go straight ahead mate - i'm sure you have the support of LOC behind you.

its never nice to lose anyone and i cannot begin to imagine how u must feel mate.
