Cooled Seats On What Rx?

In my quest for a Lexus, one thing I am finding difficult to establish is what model/model year did the RX come with the cooled/ventilated front seats?

None I think they only come with the new RX450h put this year. My 08RX400h comes with heated seats but not cooled (something my old Mondeo Titaniumx did !! )

Don't think you will find them in the RX - maybe in the GS/LS maybe but defo. not the RX.
