Tis the TTE one, I'd be very surprised though if it's actually brand new - but given the username it might be freshly sprayed so a good price if it stays around there.

the seller sold another one recently and they said that was brand new as well but they've used the old pic in the current one. it seems a bit odd tho as if it was brand new in the pic then why does the bumper in the pic look like cheap black plastic which has been rubbed down with a sander to remove any paint.
