Painting Engine Covers

any idea what colour should i paint the engine cover. i was thinking red unless you guys could come witha better combination. any idea how its done whats used?

paint them red black and red go well!!

clean the plastics getting all contaminats off it,rub it down to give the primer something to key on,rub primer down till smooth,paint using normal paint then lacquer.job done.

Cous3 did a superb job on his engine covers, and did a walkthrough on how he did it. I'll try and find the posting.
