Just wanted to introduce myself and share my first Lexus experience.

Being a 'normal' car driver for many years I have decided now is the time to own my first Luxury car.

It has been one hell of a ride, and months in the planning, but I have finally found the Lexus I was after and signed on the dotted line.

Well what did I get? Well thanks to all the useful information on this site I managed to discount diesel and manual IS 220/250's and also taken advice to go for the SE-L with added Multimedia but no sunroof as I am over 6", and 17" alloys.

So I will be picking up an Astral Black, Black Pembroke Leather IS250 SE-L Auto MM, 56 Plate with just under 50,000 miles (Service in as part of the deal).

It has wiped me out financially, but I guess you only live once!

Roll on pick up day (Friday).
