I HAVE A LEXUS IS200 ON A 51 PLATE AND THE STEREO TOOK THE KNOCK! AS I AM AWARE THIS CAN BE A COMMON PROBLEM.

INSTEAD OF FIXING IT I BOUGHT A SONY STEREO TO REPLACE IT,I HAVE SORTED THE POWER SIDE OF THINGS BUT CAN NOT SEEM TO WIRE UP THE SPEAKERS. CAN SOMEONE HELP!!!!

I'M SURE IT HAS AN AMP BUT THOUGHT I COULD JUST WIRE IT UP.

DO I NEED TO REMOVE IT OR HAS ANYONE GOT A WIRING DIAGRAM

how did you sort out the power side???have you butchered the wiring???:ohmy::ohmy::ohmy:

you don't say the model you have s,se,le,sport?? you need an amp by-pass lead mate if you have the amp'd up version you get them from eBay for about £20-30

very easy to fit should take you about 20 mins if not faster.

ps no need to shout, turn the caps off.
