Hi all, can anyone explain to me on having my hand brake adjusted it also adjusted the normal foot brake peddle?

its the only thing that failed on MOT.

Had a couple thing on advisery

There is an adjustment on the push rod into the master cylinder. Maybe they tweeked that at the same time as doing your parking brake. There is nothing to connect the normal hydraulic brakes and the foot/park brake, so adjust the park brake wont effect the other brake pedal.
