I have a Cigarette socket charger for my mobile and this charger doesnt seem to have a inline fuse like many other Cigarette lighter things that usually have a twist on fuse. This on also twists on but there is no fuse.

Is this ok?

if it came with the phone or is branded should be okay. if it is specific for the phone and bsi marked you should also be okay.

it didnt really come with the phone, its a Cigarette Socket to USB adaptor basically allows me to plug in any thing that uses USB to charge. but the actual adaptor doesnt have a fuse
