Fitting Coilovers, Help?

hi all, as above really, does anyone know how to fit coilovers?

any step by steps to fitting new suspension or is there anyone in the midlands who would be so kind to fit them for me?

a few extra notes before xmas? ;)

was thinking about giving it a go this afternoon as i have done a few suspension changes previously but im going back a few years.

how long do you think it will take me, and also are the spring clamps essential? as i dont have any! i dont remeber using any in the past

if your doing a straight swap over to coilovers you dont need the spring clamps

i do need to swap the top plates over from my standard suspension to the coilovers, am i still ok without clamps and more to the point will the plates fit?

NO NO NO NO DO NOT REMOVE THE STRUT TOPS WITHOUT SPRING COMPRESSORS!!!!!!!!!people have been killed with coil springs!!! step away from the tools and take it to a garage.
