Hi guys,

here i got some cleaning & spraying stuff to show you all...

in these few days, i have cleaned the engine bay by hand and done some spraying on the plastic covers...

Highly recommended if you are looking for some simple modification to make the IS smarter :)

Does that extra long intake not absolutley demolish your throttle response? :S

nope wont demolish any response in fact its slightly better than the standard airbox.

I have no idea about the response... as it comes with the car when i bought it... haha

just need to remove 6 bolts to loosen the exhaust heat shield... you will spot them very easily.

only the one closest to the engine fire wall will take a minute or two more...

I do this to every car i have. I hate the dull plastic look so always colour code them. Ive just picked my is200 up and as soon as i opend the bonnet i decided to paint the same areas as you have. And standard paint works. I shall be using a gunmetal colour to keep it lookign liek standard but with a twist!
