Wanted: Is200 Rear Passenger/near Side Light (52/2003)

As per the title, I need a rear passenger side light fitting for my 52 plate (2003) IS200 Sport.

I have been quoted £69.03 + VAT by my Lexus Centre but I'm hoping I can do better second hand.

Yes, prices start at around £70 plus shipping which is rediculous for a used part.

The online parts finders suck too. I don't understand how they could maintain such high prices when you can get a genuine part direct from the manufacturer for less.

I have one.BUT its of my old 05 plate IS..( got the darker inside ).PLUS it has a small hole in it ( about 4mm by 4mm ) you can have it for free if it keeps you going for a while untill you get a new or better 2nd hand one...all you have to pay is the postage if you cant get to me..?

He needs to confirm which one he wants. I have a 52/03 plate and it came with the dark chome ones.

247spares has since quoted me £50.53 (used) including VAT and delivery, which is better but still more than I imagined it would be.

I didn't realise there was more than one type though. I guess the dealership knew from the registration. 247spares didn't ask me about which type I needed.

What am I looking for then? As far as I'm aware, the car is entirely original spec.

dazz32: Thanks for the offer but I'm after a new one to replace one with a small hole in it :) When I took it off, it had more than half a litre of water in it!

Post a picture of your rear light. As far as I know there are 3 types, silver chrome, dark chrome and satin.

I would have expected all IS200's in the granite sky colour to all have the same lights - is that not the case? Thanks

Yes I would so it is probably best that someone with a similar year model and colour to comment. Mine is Blue. Will post a pic later of my nearside dark chrome light to see if it looks similar.

This car in the cars for sale section has the same lights as mine which I believe is dark chrome.
