Claybar Amazing!

Recommended Posts

Evening Folks,

well it was the first time i used a claybar and wow i was impressed! The paint work felt smooth as silk, but ive yet to finish claying the car as i left the bottom sections for tomorrow and then going to polish and wax. If you have the extra time i would recommend it.

I'll see if i can take some photos. In the mean time is it possible to apply Collinite No.476S then apply the turtle liquid wax afterwards or would that be a waste of time?

Liquid wax is the show shine isnt it? its got fillers in it to hide scratches

Oh if that's the case then would you put that on first and then the collinite to seal it in?

Well never got round to polishing and waxing the car as it started to rain on sunday Grrrr...

Ive just noticed the palm on my right hand has lots of dead skin so im guessing that was due to the claybar as i was holding the spray with my left and its fine.

Moral of the story is to wear some gloves when you use the claybar :(
