Curry Type Smell From Engine ?

The Lexus IS200 has a strong curry type smell from the engine after it warms up it smells like its coming from the radiator but its that strong it may not be, any idea what this could be please the car is a w reg 2000yr with jst over 100k

jet wash it, from front and back, or if you want, get someone know what they are doing to steam it for you inc the radiators.

so you can tell if there was some "Curry" on it or if it happens again.

Looking like a water pump issue as I can see a small amount of pink coolant around the water pump, this would possibly cause the curry type smell as the coolant burns off. We dont have a big issue having to top the radiator up, once every few weeks or so I may need to put a cup or so back in but there is a small dampish area around the water pump where the pink water coolant is showing so Im hoping this is all it is. Someone suggested the catalytic convertor which kind of put the fear of god into me, ie expensive
