Obd2 Connector Pins?

Hei fellas!

i would like some help about the obd2 elm 327 version 1.3, i recently bought this OBD2, i have a 1999 lexus is200 sports edition... now the problem is it doesnt work... i would like to know whether on the 16 pins connector pins of anyone here with the same car are on the right spot??? my actual connector pins are on the 4,7,9,13,14,16??? or any ideas why it doesnt work...much appreciated

I have tried two Bluetooth obd readers based on elm327, both worked.

Garmin Eco route HD also works ok.

IS200 is using ISO protocol, so it needs pins 4,5 (ground), 16 (+12v power) and pin 7 is K-line for data.

The ELM327 don't work on my altezya, not tried on the is200.

On most searches people said this device won't work on altezza model.

There must be a way to make a working obd2 plug from using the correct single wires.

Any one know which wires should be used.
