Mine went back in for headlight flicker (had already changed the bulbs with philips ones from the states). They identified faulty ballasts (both ballasts), the part is the whole headlight at 600 quid each!!! So parts exc. VAT and labour would have been £1200 - just a little over what it cost me for 2 years extended warranty a month ago.

Headlights replaces, car cleaned and returned same day at no cost, plus I got a brand spanker 250 SE-L on loan for the day.

Not saying that other 3rd parties wouldnt cover this but I am gad I didnt take the risk. The whole process deaing with Lexus aone was smooth and trouble free.
