How Do You Arrange A Service As A Gold Member

Hi,

I've just joined as a gold member and I cant find how you take advantage of getting discounts on services. Can someone tell me what you need to do and how you can check with garages support discounts for members.

If you go here there's a drop down list on the right hand side (Lexus Leicester)which gives you the dealer if you click on the area, just give them your gold membership number and they should apply the discount :)

As above, check the list and see if your dealer participates. Other than that just tell them when you take the car in, some will ask to see the membership card, some won't even bother and just apply the discount :)
