Intermediate Service Booked - Newcastle Special Promotion?

Ok so i thought i would book an mid service for my IS200, i don't need one doing but since i have only had it a little under 4 weeks i thought i would like to know all is sound as a pound.

Newcastle Lexus - £149 (Don't think this was including VAT though) - But i thought this was a very good price as it includes parts and labour and said it would only take about an hour (is that normal time?). They said it is normally £199 + VAT but they have a special promotion on atm. Now he could of been lieing but then i wanted a service and he had no reason to give a sales patter to me, so i believe it to be genuine.

So there you go, if you want a service from Lexus Newcastle they seem to have a good price atm
