hi i need an ecu for my 94 ls400, part number is:- 89661-50160, bought a complete car for spares and the ecu`s are wrong... sods law..

What year is the donor?

PT.# 89661-50160 is listed ' from AUG.1992 UNTIL Oct 1994'

Hi Royt, the spare car is 91 j plate..

'91 is a series one, yours is series two.

I also have a cheap series one as a donor, lots of things are different,

but some body panels are the same, lights etc. some sensors,engine parts etc.

I robbed the mirror computer out of it,which had a different part number

but worked ok it just had a different mounting arrangement due

to the passenger airbag on series two.

No passenger airbag on series one.

Think you will have to check the breakers or eBay..
