hi im looking for your help guys i carnt find the thread step by step thing for changing my cd player over

if some one has the link cos i carnt find it and have every thing to change now i tryd pulling the top fans bit but it feels like there gona snap any help?

I have a 2000 IS200 and the top dash tray pulled off towards me, but have a look at the above as there are 3 diff types, i originally was trying to pull the felt off, but realised it was screwed in!!

the links posted by spurty would be the way forward tbh - the link from bond does not even show three possible ways the dash tray is mounted !!
