Replacing Front Indicator Lamps

I would like to replace the front indicator lamps with LED ones, I have done the back but I cannot see any way of getting to the front ones, in the book it just says take it to your local lexus dealer, are they really that difficult to do?

I have already replaced the flasher unit so they will flash at the correct speed - I had to make a bit of a hybrid unit out of both the old and new as the replacement unit on it's own did not flash the indicators when I locked the car.
