Yes it is a Toyota engine, there the majority if not all parts can be purchased from any Toyota dealer, as well as Lexus.

When I had my first service on my 220d the techy told me most parts are Toyota universal, and that they are similar to that of a Toyota Avensis

yes it is, its found in the rav4 verso avensis auris.....

lexus do not make parts and never have a lexus is a toyota so its not that toyota parts are universal thats what parts the car is made up of..
