never liked the old wheels, I don't like the standard wheels on the newer LS from 2000 onwards either, the 5 spokes are a big improvement

I agree :) these are 18" LS430 alloys.

That's the thing, the standard 16's just look too small.

Good improvement mate!

Yes very true, my Disco is in the early stage of being "modified" for offroading as in along with all the lift kit and QT radius arms I have bought a good welder to fix the rear floor although I have a pristine P reg body which I am considering doing a swap

Its an ongoing on the road project

All good fun but yet to take it off road proper yet :winky:

It's amazing how those minor changes have made the car look so much fresher - put a dateless plate on that and I'm sure many would struggle to tell how old it is.

Original wheels on mine but I have put clear indicator and side repeaters at the front end and tinted the rear lights (but not the reflectors or reversing lights) and bought a dateless plate which does the biz. If I could work out how to post the photos, I would.

Upload the pics to a site like Photobucket, then use the "insert image" button to enter the pic's URL :)

Thanks. I'll have a go later.

Right, I've uploaded various pictures into Photobucket but rather than hijack this thread I will post them seperately.

Now all I have to do is try and resize the avatar which is where I left off 6 months ago!
