Altezza - Beams Cambelt Change

Hi all, Im Darren and am very new to the Altezza so sorry if this has been asked before. I have an Altezza with the BEAMS engine and would like to change the cambelt, is there a guide on changing the belt? I cant seem to find any info anywhere. Cheers
