Hi All, i have just bought an 08 IS220d se Multimedia from Lexus Chester, anything I should look out for as the car is still under warranty until March?

Not sure what you should look for. Is the car not a Lexus Approved Used? If so it should carry 12 months warranty. If not it carries minimum 6 months warranty from dealer.
