Ridiculously Expensive Car Options

The Germans sure write with a "double pen" when it comes to certain options. Porsche and Audi are probably the worst offenders with options that cost 8 to 12K

The metalic paint on my Merc also came to 4500,-GBP :duh: (fortunately got a discount for that) and when I look at it, I doesn't really look any different to another metalic paint.

Sure, you hardly see any in this colour around, but costwise, it's probably been sprayed on the same line.

What's the colour you got? I couldn't spend that much on paint without seeing it on another car first.
