Rx Safety?

Hi all, considering a 2005 RX, I know they don't test them with NCAP but they are full of safety aids, but does anyone know if they really are safe? Many thanks

Hi Greggster,

If you search for crash tests for the Rx300/350 which is the same body shell and safety kit you will find crash test info from the US and Japan. From what I remember it is reasonably good (probably equivalent to about 4 star in Euro NCAP). It was not quite as good as a Q7 or X5 for example. Don't forget it is a "Toyota Harrier" in Japan.
