Well, as I've had to fork out and buy one up front, I'm not able to get it a the discounted price you guys are going to get it for.

I should have it for tomorrow, then I'll confirm if it fits the IS200 and , how much you lucky ones will be paying.

it does look sexy, and I am getting a little excited inside about it, but its a lot of money for me as I hardly ever lift the bonnet.

Maybe the new wifey and get me it as a present!!??

OK here it is..

The TRD Oil cap (Screw type) as just fitted in my car.

It was a straight forward replacement.

I need confirmation that it will fit in the GS300 Mk I. Does this engine use a screw type oil cap?

PM me if you know.

Well, there was a delay while I checked they fitted ok, and I am aware JAE is around the corner..

Without the delay you'd have had them by now.

The order has been placed with the supplier, and I'm awaiting delivery details etc.

But, I ordered mine on 4th of July, and got it on the 11th.

So 1 week to 10 days.

Payment details will be PM'd shortly.

P.S.

If you want to get an idea what it looks like more zoomed out, then just stand further back from your monitor...

Erm.... :P

This item costs $92 not including shipping on takakaira.com ($92 = £57.22). Don't do discount.

And costs £82.19 excluding postage from TRD supplier in the UK.

Offered me 10% off... :shutit:

This GB is for a brand spanking new TRD Oil cap, tested by me, for £40 all in, delivered to your door...

You want to talk TRD, you come talk to me.... B)

  • 2 weeks later...

These should be here soon shouldn't they?

Wonder if when tight they will line up nicely with the front of the car - wording wise that is!?

Doubt it very much!

have these dissappeared into a black hole or something? Maybe someone has knocked off the lorry carrying them! :)

I read about all these mods and bits etc and want them - can't stand the waiting - maybe I should chop my IS in for a new one with kit? Don't like the cheapened dash though!
