I'm looking at a set of wheels for my IS 300 Sportcross. they are 18 X 7.5 with an ET of 55. Will they fit straight on or will I need spacers to stop from hitting the calipers.

If my understanding is correct the standard offset is 42 so 55 will clear the callipers but the wheels will be closer to the wheel arches,this could be a problem if the suspension is lowered.

its t'other way round, the higher the offset the closer to the calipers

put some 15mm-20mm spacers on them and they'll look cool B)
