Blow Over Respray And Wheel Refurb

I have a 97 mk 1 sport i9n that semi metalic red (similar to the colour in tigerfishes banner) as well as the sport wheels

i am looking to get some sort of blowover respray as there are a few places that have varnish missing and a few minor chips expected on a 14 year old car and also after a slight black ice insident a refurb of my wheels

can anyone give me an indication of the cost for that sort of resparay in the london home counties area

and the wheel refurb....the wheels are apparently out of round (probably from hitting some potholes at speed) as well as the edge being slightly scuffed ...... cabn those problems be sorted and is it possible to have the co,lour matched to the darker grey thats on the ib=nside of the hub and internal lines

also can any of these things be done through a mobuile unit rather than me having to go to a specialist place

i am based in NW london if anyone knows a good contact or two
