brake pads from TOM's

anyone tried this brake pad b4 ?

dboey, need ur advice : is this a better pad than the TRD - less brake dust and last longer?

Hi John,

Most of the performance barke pads make yr rim black very fast. Both TRD & TOMS are performance parts for Toyota.

will it be good to get the EBC Green pad (meant for street) ?

John, I have used the EBC green stuff pads before(Not yet on my LEX). They are a good improvment on the standard pads, and after the initial bed in period they hardly give off any dust. Front is like the back.

According to Toyota Motorsport/TTE our stock brakes are well qualified for compressor equipped vehicles . Brake test have proven that vehicle completely stopped from 100kmh after approx 37 meters which is on the level of a Porsche 911.

I meant the front wheels get as dirty as your back ones do at the moment with standard pads.!
