Is 220D, Unlocking All Doors When Opening Drivers Door From The Inside

Hi, does anyone know how to set all of the doors to open when you pull the handle to open the drivers door from the inside? The manual says to turn the ignition on then press the unlock side of the unlock button for five seconds. This does not work for me. Maybe it can't be changed.

Any help would be appreciated.
