Clutch Judder

Hello all. I am a new member having recently acquired an 02 IS200 Sport. I have been looking for one on and off for many years and the time seemed right for me. I love the car to bits, it has a full Lexus service history and seems to be ok in all areas. However i have noticed a fault and was wondering if any other member may be able to help. On a cool or damp morning i get clutch judder for the first couple of operations, it is only in first gear that this happens. The gearbox and clutch operate fine otherwise with no nasty noises. Any suggestions would be happily taken
