Hi all,

I'm a proud owner of an 04 IS200. Few minor things I need to sort on the car, so I've joined the forum.

Things like can you download the Lexus parts program as it takes ages explaining yourself in the showroom, and how do I update the Sat Nav.

Hopefully nothing some searching won't find

Welcome to the LOC guys,as for the exploded parts diagrams these are now restricted and not generally available but if you need a specific part looking up ask on this forum and those who do have access will help you out, posting a picture helps.

As for the Sat Nav mine is the stick on the windscreen type but I understand there is a seperate manual for the inbuilt systems probably more involved than a Boeing 737 flight manual! You could always pose as a potential IS buyer at a local Lexus dealer and get them to demonstrate its operation on a used model :whistling:

Welcome! The satnav unit is in the boot next to the spare wheel, to update just get the latest DVD and swap them over.

You'll get the hang of programming the satnav with a bit of use, basics are just hit "dest", "address", type in street name and follow the rest of the instructions :)
