A few weeks after I renewed my Lexus warranty on my IS250 SE-L the rear dip on reverse function stopped working. Without the warranty it would have cost me £600+. IF you are unfortunate to get the cold rattle on start up I'd hate to think what the cost would be if you didn't have warranty. It's a chance you could take, the decision is entirely yours.

A week after renewing my warranty with Lexus I had my steering rack and oxygen sensor replaced total cost £3500, one of the best decisions I made. Its always the case when you think nothing will go wrong, and thats when everything will go wrong.
