Can I Fit Auto Dim Mirror To Is220D

As title, I have the standard centre rear view mirror but would really like the auto dimming version.

Does anyone know if firstly it can be fitted, eg. Is the wiring in the roof lining ready and if so is there any online stores that might sell a secondhand one?

I never did, although I have the dimming mirror in the 250 and its still annoying not having one in the 220.

I did look a few times online for a secondhand one and as yet I have never seen one for sale.

Have you thought of one from another model/make of car? I have one from a bmw in my is200, only needed an earth and aux live for it to work.

Does one have to pull a cable up to top or are the cars pre-wired?

It's a ten minute job if you have a sunroof as all the wires you need are in sunroof switch plug.
