Just a quick question, does any spec of the IS250 come standard with a LSD? or has anyone bought an aftermarket one?

As far as I know none of the IS250s have an LSD, only the most recent IS-Fs do.

All the IS-F's have LSD's, just the early ones had electronic and the later ones have a Torsen mechanical one.

Im guessin it the Torsen mechanical one you'd want? can either of these be put straight into a standard is 250? Wonder how much they'd b worth or wher to get one?

The back end of the IS-F is totally different as the LSD takes up more room than the back axle of the IS250, so the Torsen diff wouldn't fit even if you managed to find a complete rear end drive from an IS-F. Why would you want one in a 250 anyway?

I can't see there being much point in an LSD unless you're taking the car on a track - in any case I would think the optional LSD for the IS350 may work, but I have no idea whether it fits on the 250.
