I think they're called the aero or styling kit alloys, you find them pop up on eBay now and then - how badly damaged is yours as it might be repairable? Two of mine got bent by a pothole a few years ago, had them repaired and they're still fine and on the car today :)

Guys i need a 18" alloy like the 1 in the picture / i buckled my spare and need to replace it ASAP / does anyone know the correct name of these alloys

It cannot be repaired its twisted and egged / they managed to fix the egging but cannot fix the the twisting / its all over the place when they try and balance the wheel

I think Lexus may still sell these. I have a spare one I had refurbished in March 2010 but it is finished in Metallic Silver as opposed to a Flat Silver. Keep an eye out on eBay as they do pop up now and again.
