Clunky Gearbox

Hi everybody, seven weeks ago purchased a new IS200d Advance,pleased with it except the clunking gearbox, ok on slower gearshifts but as soon as you try a quicker shift it just clunks into gear, so I took it to the Dealer today and they came out on a test drive with their technician, his reply was its a diesel and seems ok, they said to bring it back again if I wasnt happy with it or if it gets worse,it doesnt seem to matter whether its hot or cold,can anyone shed any light on this for me please.Thanks, Steve.

Er - is this in the right forum group? They didn't make an IS200d, did they. IS220d, yes, but that's the newer car so needs to be in a different forum.
