Engin Loss Power

Hi,

I got altezza rs200 z editon, im having problems on start engin, i have to persist or acelerat till the temp goes to middle. The engin doesnt have power even if i go deep with acelerate nothing!! Sometimes engin cuts while im driving, i have changed the oil filter,new oil, new air filter,nothing changes, the check engin light still on, can anyone please help solving this problem.i didnt change the fuel filter because most says its very delicated thing, and mechanic says its not fuel filter problem. Please help

how about spark plug, maybe your brake is jam...

you can check the simple things yourself first....

Last time my brake is jam and I noticed it until I wanted to spray the disc brake and it feel heavier to rotate...
