Quick question peeps. Opinions/experience/advice.

I'm soon to be needing new discs and pads all round. The question is...

1. Go with OEM

2. brembo Drilled & Grooved/EBC Green Stuff pads

3. Other?

Ok so my standard engine doesn't require uprated brakes, but cosmetically they look better behind 18" sport rims right?

I can get option 2 for about £380? OEM would be £280.

A couple of weeks ago I was quoted £304 incl of VAT for OEM all round.

£304 for OEM discs and pads front and rear? Was that fitted, and, where was it from?

I thought it would be significantly more.

Thanks

Andrew

To buy. Does not include fitting. From a Lexus Main Dealer

I got a quote from Andy on the forums. £285 for OEM discs & pads all round and hand brake shoes. Of course plus fitting. I will use Westfield motors who I normally use.

Igino, do you mean Greenstuff pads are NOT good??

So who'd go with brembo over OEM?

Rich; is that a mates rates price from Andy, or is any forum member able to get them for that price?

My local dealer has just quoted £510 fitted; obviously if I buy the parts from Andy for < £300, my local mechanic could fit them for around £100.

Thanks again

Andrew
